How long do I have to pick up my order from Wallingford’s warehouse?

  • Please pick up your in-stock order within 48 business hours. Orders not picked up within 48 hours are subject to prior sale and a 10% cancellation fee.

Transmission Equipment ships standalone orders of 1-40 HP Inverters via UPS; you will see UPS charges for each delivery option at checkout.

How fast will my order ship?

Stock orders received by 2 p.m. EST generally ship same day from our Wallingford warehouse.

Lead times from factory stock vary depending on manufacturer's warehouse location. Transmission Equipment will always work to transport your product to you in the fastest, most cost-effective manner. If you need to cancel or return an order after it has been processed, ordered, shipped or received there may be a 10% restock fee as well as return freight costs. You can learn more by reading our Return Policy.
